Why A La Carte?
After working with several small, women-owned, retail businesses, we recognize that there is a societal contradiction happening. Foundationally, humans are community oriented, but ironically, our social media driven world has created physical isolation.
With women being more likely than men to start a business with 0 employees, and globally, half of all women entrepreneurs work in the wholesale or retail verticals, a physical and virtual community is vital. However, with many entrepreneurs starting their business for financial freedom or that “side hustle”, affording the expertise needed isn’t always available.
A La Carte recognizes that fundamental necessity in community and provides global corporate expertise with a modern perspective at an approachable hourly rate.
